We were formed in 1999 when our parent company JT Group acquired the non-US operations of R.J.Reynolds. Since then, our international workforce has driven two decades of growth.

JTI LAUNCHES EQUAL FAMILY LEAVE POLICY

This plan was introduced on January 1, 2022.

With the new family leave policy, we aim to offer gender-neutral benefits and career opportunities and provide equal support for the different roles employees play in society. Regardless of your gender, you will be encouraged to take care of both your career and your family. This policy brings a significant improvement from JTI for the second caregiver who is currently only entitled to one-week paid leave.
